Short Biography
Gabriella was a visiting researcher at Perk Lab, working under the supervision of Dr. Gabor Fichtinger, Dr. Andras Lasso, and Dr. Tamas Ungi on an AI-based planning project for soft-tissue resection procedures. She is currently pursuing her PhD at the Department of Informatics at the University of Oslo, Norway, and conducting her research at The Intervention Centre, Oslo University Hospital. Gabriella's primary research interests include computational geometry, spline theory, and AI as it relates to medical image analysis. She will return to the Perk Lab as postdoctoral fellow in May, 2024.
