Short Biography
Chris is a PhD student in Computing under the supervision of Dr. Gabor Fichtinger and Dr. Parvin Mousavi. Chris’ research is in deep learning for medical image segmentation and developing a navigation system for breast cancer surgery. Recently, he has been working on deploying the software in the operating room and aligning the results with metabolomics data.
