Radiotherapy software toolkit for 3D Slicer (SlicerRT)

Common software platform for adaptive radiotherapy, built upon existing open-source visualization and analysis tools (3D Slicer) to support collaboration through sharing valuable algorithms and datasets, and address shortcomings of existing proprietary RT toolsets.

This project is under the wings of the Software Platform and Adaptive Radiotherapy Kit project, or shortly SparKit, whose goal is to develop a software platform as a shared ,reusable and customizable software infra-structure to assist clinical translation of experimental diagnostic and therapeutic approaches. The scope of SparKit is image‐guided adaptive radiation therapy and‐guided interventions like biopsy, brachytherapy, and ablation.
