This past week, Dr. Gabor Fichtinger joined the ranks of many notable medical imaging scientists as an elected Fellow of the Medical Image Computing and Computer Assisted Intervention (MICCAI) Society. This position recognizes his considerable scientific contributions and exemplary service to the MICCAI community.
During the prestigious International Conference on Medical Image Computing and Computer Assisted Intervention (MICCAI) held last week, Ehsan Dehghan was selected as a finalist for the conference’s Young Scientist Award. He received an honourable mention for his work on point-to-volume registration of prostate implants.
